1. Exhibitors Fees: 4. The Amani Committee has the right to refuse a prospective exhibitor’s application with notice and refund of registration fee. 5. Each space will be approximately 10' x 20'. If you need assistance determining your space requirements, just give us a call .Trash receptacles will be provided, but you are responsible for your own trash disposal. 6. Please demonstrate your craft or ware. For clothing and jewelry, it is appropriate that you wear your goods. 7. Rain or Shine. No refunds, no exceptions. This is an outdoor event. We plan on providing good weather, but can’t promise it! 8. All first-time exhibitors must submit 2 photographs of their work with their application. The pictures will not be returned. 9. The AMANI Festival Committee, Inc. will not provide insurance and will not be responsible for injury or loss. 10. If you are a food vendor, you must specifically identify the ethnicity of the food as well as the type of food you will be selling. ( i.e., food, Greek, pastry, etc.) All food vendors MUST provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the AMANI Festival Committee, Inc. as Additionally Insured. A minimum limit of $300,000 per each occurrence is required. The AMANI Festival Committee, Inc. is looking forward to seeing you on April 26, 2008. HELP US CELEBRATE THE 14TH ANNUAL AMANI FESTIVAL!
