Everyone is good enough.
Everyone is right.
Everyone deserves a home.
And a warm bed at night. Everybody needs a friend.
Everybody needs their space.
All people are created equal.
All people have a place.
Perhaps our only problem
Is some refuse to see
Not everyone is the trouble.
The trouble is you and me.
So if we work together.
As a team we can get it done.
Maybe we can rebuild our world
Because together, we are one. |

Let Us Join Our Hands Come and let us join our hands
All the countries of the world
Come and let us join our hands
So all of us can be as one
Just like all families are
Let us join our hands
It doesn’t matter what color we are
Let us join our hands
All the languages of the world
Let us hear each other
Let us have a good time
So let us join our hands |

Together We Are One
There are hundreds of different cultures in the
world;
Mexican, Irish, African-American and everything in between.
We should all come together to be one.
Everyone is different in their own way.
People have different hair color, eye color, and
personality.
We should all come together to praise each other’s culture.
When we look around, you will see beautiful people.
We should all come together to be one.
We should stop looking on the outside of people,
And take time to look a the inside.
We should all come together to be one.
Together is a powerful word that we should use always. |

Together, We Are One Together, we are one.
We will live in harmony as one.
We will be nice to people
Even though they aren’t nice to us. Together as one.
No one is perfect in the world
So don’t act like you’re all that
Because no one is.
We are all together as one.
Together, we are one
We will love in peace as one.
We will also live in joy as one.
We will live in kindness as one.
We will live in sadness
Because you miss someone,
Together as one.
We also live in anger
Because of what they did.
Even though they make you mad, sad Or anything else,
You still should like them and be together as one.
Remember you don’t have to do it alone.
You can do it together. |

A baby first opens its eyes
An old blind man dies
At this moment do you know
If you are Black or White
You do not know or care
In your heart it is not there
The prejudice the pain
Your conscience these thoughts don’t
stain
And yet some time in between
Though it may seem obscene
We find a wall between us all
That is painful and mean
We discriminate intimidate
And minimize our hearts
Until when we die
Old and Blind
These feeling fall apart |

The Circle is Complete We stand, side by side,
Arguing, yelling.
I hold out my hand in peace.
We join, one hand still free.
The people around us watch in wonder.
Alone we’re separate minds,
wandering,
Walking in great confusion.
Others come by, joining hands also.
We’re not one thousand, we are one.
The circle is complete. |
